At Bearing Pross LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the products we sell and are committed to making sure you receive the right parts for your machine. Below you’ll find important information about returns, warranties, and brand-specific guarantees.

General Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or you simply need to return it, please contact our Customer Service Team at:

When submitting a return request, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • Product part number

  • Date / lot code (on the original packaging label)

  • A description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue

Once your claim is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Coverage

Most products from All Balls Racing Group are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

⚠️ Important Disclaimers:

  • Products are intended for closed-course racing use only (not for aircraft use).

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, or modifications.

  • Labor, installation costs, or incidental damages are not covered.

  • Any disputes will be governed by Minnesota law (Anoka County jurisdiction).

Brand-Specific Policies

Pivot Works – Lifetime Replacement

  • Original owner only.

  • One-time replacement for eligible kits purchased after 1/1/2012.

  • Proof of purchase and return authorization required.

  • Valid only in North America.

All Balls Starters (Harley-Davidson) – Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the motorcycle.

  • Must use #4 gauge battery cables.

  • Warranty void if altered, used for racing, or incorrectly installed.

All Balls ATV / UTV Axles – 1-Year Warranty

  • Covered for 365 days from purchase.

  • CV Boots are excluded after installation.

  • Warranty void if the vehicle is lifted, raced, or modified beyond OEM design.

All Balls Electronic Fuel Pumps & Rebuild Kits – Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.

  • Not valid for racing applications, improper installation, or use of fuels with >10% ethanol.

Supersprox Rear Sprockets – Lifetime Guarantee

  • Only valid with purchase of a full Supersprox chain & sprocket kit.

  • Must register your guarantee within 30 days of purchase.

  • Replacement is for “like-for-like” sprockets only.

  • Shipping costs and some custom sprocket fees may apply.

CVT Belts – 2-Year Warranty

  • One-time redemption per purchase.

  • Customer may be required to return the defective belt for inspection.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please:

  1. Complete the Warranty Submission Form (link available on our site).

  2. Provide proof of purchase and product details.

  3. Submit clear product photos (damage, part numbers, etc.).

  4. Ship the product back if requested (shipping at customer’s expense).

All claims are reviewed case-by-case by Arrowhead Engineered Products (AEP), parent company of All Balls Racing Group.
